I have been a loyal customer of Colgate for over six years, only ever using Colgate Total (which I loved!!). Now that there is a new "SF" version, I cant stand it. I have since tried three other Colgate toothpastes and have hated those all as well. The taste of the "SF" version is awful and lasts for hours after brushing. It burns my mouth, especially my tongue, which makes brushing unpleasant. On top of that, it doesnt even make my mouth feel clean! The old Colgate Total worked wonders. The new SF has a black licorice aftertaste. Feel as though my teeth are not as clean as with previous formula. Make SF an option for those that prefer a sensitive formula toothpaste. Please bring back larger tube, multi-pack, non SF whitening at warehouse clubs.

I have used Colgate Total Whitening paste for as long as I can remember. When I went to buy more when my last tube ran out, I noticed new packaging and an "SF" and "New Flavor" on the box. I was hoping that it was just new packaging, but I was wrong. This new formula is REVOLTING (!!) - it tastes like medicine of some sort, its runnier and less like paste than the old version, and it foams way too much. My teeth didnt feel clean after brushing - it felt like I needed to brush with something else to get the taste out of my mouth. DO NOT BUY!! Please bring back the old toothpaste formula, Colgate - this new version is not an improvement. See more

Ive been buying your " Colgate Total Whitening Paste" for as long as I can remember and have used Colgate products exclusively for over 30 years. Imagine my dismay when I loaded my brush with a bit of toothpaste from a new tube of Total Whitening Paste and instantly was repulsed by your new flavor, which by the way wasnt indicated on the box, but rather was written only on the actual tube after opening the box. I have to throw this new flavored tube away and will have to find another toothpaste after all these...so many years. Why change a good thing? See more

I agree with the reviews that have given one star to the new flavor. Have used colgate for years and nothing else. Now gonna have to find a different brand. The reviews show customers want the original one back. I hope colgate company wil read the reviews. Please bring back the original one, new flavor is awful !
