This is the only toothpaste that l can use without stinging and see whitening results, too. I also tried Sensodyne True but l did not see as much whitening. Please do not replace Sensodyne Extra Whitening with any other formula. Please keep it same and l will keep buying.

Thank you Sensodyne for sending me a tube of your toothpaste for free. I have very sensitive teeth and am glad I finally tried this toothpaste. I have used it twice a day for two weeks now and notice my teeth arent as sensitive to cold objects anymore. This toothpaste has a great mint flavor. It helped keep my breath nice and fresh. I will continue using Sensodyne. It is my new go to toothpaste.

I would actually rate this a 4.5 if that was an option. I thought the Sensodyne® Fresh Mint Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth and Cavity Prevention was pretty good, although I do have some personal reflections for improving the product. I did not think that it does amazing with preventing tooth sensitivity, BUT I have not used it long enough to see the effects that it will have in the future (thats not why I would rate this less than a 5). I failed to realize, which this is all my fault, that something that says "mint" and is green will most likely have a spearmint taste. I really do not enjoy that kind of mint which is what this tastes like to me. I also failed to realize, or just honestly had no idea, that this was a completely screw off lid. I am not used to having to completely unscrew the cap and then set it down on its side until I am done brushing my teeth. My other toothpaste has a flip up cap that I can close very easily after Im done putting the toothpaste on the brush. I do like that the lid makes it able to stand on its own though! I really do hate when people take stars off for personal reasons which is why I feel bad for making it less than 5 stars, but you are not able to put half stars. Thank you so much to Sensodyne® for letting me use their product. I will obviously continue to use the tube! :) See more

It helped with the hot and cold tooth problem. BUT The longer it was in my mouth it would burn the top of my tongue to the point that I had to rinse it before I was done brushing. Did not leave a mark but it would hurt for several seconds after while I rinsed with cold water till it stopped hurting/burning my tongue.

I had a filling replaced. It was at least 15 years old. The sensitivity after was greater than Ive ever experienced. Luckily I got a bottle of Sensodyne for free in exchange for my review. It helps! Im not going to lie-Ive been loyal to my toothpaste brand for a long time and its hard to switch! However, if you have sensitive teeth, or are getting dental work done, give it a try!
