I will be the first to admit that I have what my dentists have described as "bad teeth." Genetically, my teeth have many crevices and are prone to cavities even with obsessive care and cleaning. My teeth are also very sensitive to temperature and even pressure. On top of this, I am a avid coffee drinker (former barista!) so my teeth have those classic coffee stains! Because of my various dental woes, I am always on the hunt for a product that will make my teeth stronger, whiter, and healthier. Sensodynes Complete Protection Extra Fresh Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth and Cavity Prevention lived up to its name. I have been using it twice daily for the past four weeks and have been pleasantly surprised with the decrease in my tooth sensitivity. Additionally, my teeth do seem whiter. Out of every benefit though, my favorite part about the toothpaste is how my teeth feel after I clean them; it seems like this toothpaste protects against plaque much better than my old brand. For hours after brushing my teeth, my teeth still feel smooth. I also love how minty the toothpaste is. In the morning, the flavor of the toothpaste helps me wake up without overpowering me. Overall, the value of this toothpaste is phenomenal. After my four week trial, I cannot see myself going back to my old toothpaste. I had never regularly used Sensodyne before, and when the opportunity came for me to try it for free I decided to give it a whirl. I have sensitive front teeth, so a product that can accomplish the goals of a fresh, clean mouth and help my teeth not be so sensitive to cold was a win-win for me. After brushing twice a day with Sensodyne Fresh Mint Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth and Cavity Prevention for two weeks I began to notice that frozen treats (ice cream bars, popsicles, etc) werent bothering my teeth quite as much as they had before. Every time I would brush my mouth didnt have an overwhelming mint taste, and when I was done brushing there was not an aftertaste that was unpleasant. Ive been using sensodyne for about a week and a half now and can already tell a difference from other toothpastes! I have a broken back molar and 2 cavities that have been filled that before sensodyne I could barely brush due to intense pain from regular toothpaste. Sensodyne is more gentle on my teeth and dare I say even leaves my mouth feeling more clean. The mint flavor isnt as in your face and I like that I dont taste dry mint leftover in my mouth on top of whatever Im drinking.

So tried this free full sample of Sensodyne Complete toothpaste for about three weeks. It has improved my teeths sensitivity to cold drinks and food. I love the way my mouth feels fresh after brushing with it. Sensodyne has a freshness that lasts throughout the day. I was disappointed that it didnt make my teeth whiter like I had hoped. I loved receiving my Sensodyne Complete Protection Extra Fresh Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth and Cavity Prevention sample. I found it was very refreshing and helpful on my sensitive teeth. I liked that this toothpaste wasnt minty and cool like a lot of sensitive toothpastes are. I found this toothpaste to have more cinnamon and heat to it.
