Returns & Exchanges
1. OUR RETURN POLICY At Fragrancenet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong fragrance, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. STRICT HYGIENE & SANITARY REQUIREMENTS Because perfumes are personal cosmetic items, we enforce a strict return policy to guarantee the safety, purity, and quality of our inventory for all customers:
- Unopened Items Only: We only accept returns of fragrances that are in their original, pristine condition. The factory cellophane wrapping and any manufacturer seals must remain completely intact.
- No Exceptions for Used Scents: If a perfume box has been opened or the bottle sprayed even once (even "just to test the smell"), it is strictly non-returnable due to health and hygiene regulations. Opened items sent to our returns center will be discarded without a refund.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS Perfume bottles are fragile. While we pack them with maximum protection, if your fragrance arrives damaged (e.g., shattered glass, broken atomizer, or leaking fluid):
- Email us at Fragrancenet@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Please include clear photographs of the damaged bottle and the shipping box.
- We will promptly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived defective).
