- Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and handed over to our carrier partners within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays).
- Peak Seasons: During major promotional events (like our Holiday Savings Event or Black Friday), processing may take up to 3–4 business days due to high order volumes. Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
3. U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS We offer several shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days. Free for all orders over a qualifying amount (subject to current promotions).
- Expedited Shipping (2-Day / Next-Day Air): Available for an additional fee at checkout (only for non-HAZMAT items).
4. HAZMAT (HAZARDOUS MATERIALS) RESTRICTIONS Please note that certain beauty products—such as perfumes, nail polishes, aerosols, dry shampoos, and alcohol-based products—are classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
- In compliance with federal law, these items must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping only. They cannot be shipped via expedited air services or delivered to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
5. TEMPERATURE SENSITIVITY WARNING Many cosmetic formulations (e.g., cream blushes, lipsticks, and active skincare serums) are highly sensitive to extreme temperatures.
- During hot summer or freezing winter months, we strongly advise tracking your package and bringing it indoors immediately upon delivery. Sephora is not responsible for products that melt or freeze due to prolonged exposure in mailboxes or on porches.
