Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. FROM OKLAHOMA TO YOUR VANITY Welcome to Beauty Joint Cosmetics! We are thrilled to be your trusted supplier of premium makeup, skincare, and beauty tools. All of our orders are carefully curated, packed, and dispatched from our climate-controlled fulfillment center located in El Reno, Oklahoma. Centrally located in the US, our facility allows for fast and efficient shipping from coast to coast.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES We know you are excited to receive your new beauty haul!

  • Standard Processing: We strive to process and pack all standard orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays).
  • High Volume Events: During major sales (like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or new brand launches), processing may take up to 3-4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your package leaves our facility.

3. USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & OPTIONS We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): Free on all orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00, a flat rate will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Available for an additional fee at checkout.
  • Next Business Day: Order must be placed by 12:00 PM CST to be processed for next-day delivery.

4. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (HAZMAT) RESTRICTIONS Please note that certain beauty products—such as nail polishes, perfumes, aerosols, and items containing high amounts of alcohol—are classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) by the Department of Transportation (DOT).

  • Ground Shipping Only: These items must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping. They cannot be shipped via expedited air services or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

5. WEATHER & TEMPERATURE SENSITIVITY Many cosmetics, particularly lipsticks, cream blushes, and skincare serums, are sensitive to extreme temperatures.

  • During peak summer or winter months, we highly recommend monitoring your tracking number and bringing your package indoors immediately upon delivery. Beauty Joint Cosmetics is not responsible for products that melt or freeze if left in mailboxes or on porches for extended periods.
