been using pepto bismol since i was a kid. my grandkids even like the taste. but since when did it become so expensive???? thats my only complaint. its not just walmart. its expensive everywhere! just wish walmart.com would sell ALL their equate products online. wonder why they dont?

Ive taken prescription pills and Pepto is the only product that coats and soothes my burning reflux or upset stomach IMMEDIATELY. Pills yeah, they work but they take about 20 mins to kick in and if you are like me, have no patience and HATE that burning pewky taste in your throat/mouth...Pepto is for you! I even like the taste, all though it is an acquired one.

Great. Coating action helps - better than any tablets. Tastes so much better than years ago (or maybe I just grew up.) We hadnt used it for a while. Dont like being sick. But Pepto Bismol really helps.

I had a terrible stomach pain do to something I had eaten a few hours before bed. I was woken with sharp pain, feeling over-stuffed. I hadnt had Pepto Bismol in YEARS. But after trying to fight the pains I mustered up the energy to make it to my local drug store. 5 to 10 mins after taking a cap full, I was able to get back to sleep pain free. Ill ALWAYS Keep some in my medicine cabinet from now on. Thanks! :)
